1. Quality Over Quantity: Whether that is with friendships or jeans, the quality will forever outweigh the quantity.

2. Your Opinion of Yourself Matters More Than the Opinions of Others: At the end of the day, you have to live with yourself, be happy with who that is!

3. Family is Irreplaceable: Enough said.

4. You Have To Be Your Biggest Supporter: At the end of the day, no one is going to be there for you but yourself.

5. Giving To Others is 10x Better Than Receiving: There is nothing better than seeing someone smile because of what you did.

6. Living Simply Is Better: It can bring more joy than material possessions.

7. Your Financial Status Means Nothing In The Big Scheme Of Things: Happiness will never equate to money.

8. It Is Better To Be Kind Than To Be Right: Your ego will recover, I promise.

9. It Is Essential to Stand Up For What You Believe In: Even if you're the only one doing it, it is worth it.

10. Don't Judge Someone From One Glance: You are going to miss getting to know some great people.

11. Taking Care Of Yourself Is Important: Mentally, physically, and emotionally.

12. Surround Yourself With People Who Lift You Up: Everyone else is just going to hold you back.

13. Being Open Minded Is Essential If You Want To Evolve And Grow As A Person: Surrounding yourself with the same perspectives and ideas will never fully allow you to grow.

14. It Is Okay To Grow Apart From Certain People: Not everyone is meant to be in our lives forever.

15. Never Underestimate The Advice From Your Mom or Grandma: It is easily some of the wisest, valuable information you'll ever receive!

16. Tell The People In Your Life That You Appreciate Them: It makes all the difference.

17. Being Direct With Your Feelings Is NOT A Bad Thing: In fact, it is important.

18. Doing Things That Make You Happy Is Not A Selfish Concept: It is okay to prioritize yourself, too.

19. Always Nurture & Grow Your Mind: You are never too old to learn and never to young to know about the world.
