If you're anything like me, on New Year's Eve of 2016, you told yourself 2017 was going to be ~your year~ and it was going to be the year you got your life together. Well, that didn't exactly happen. 2017 was a great year but I certainly was not the best version of myself that I could've been.
The following 18 things are the things I have promised to try to do in 2018 and I hope that if you also want to make 2018 your real (for real, this time), you'll join me in following them.
1. Walk at least 30 minutes every day
2. Save $5 for every $20 you spend
3. Drink at least five glasses of water a day
4. Recycle more
5. Try to do at least one act of kindness a day
6. Be more honest with yourself and others
7. Spend more time volunteering
8. Read more often
9. Call instead of text
10. Get more sleep...
11. But stay in less
12. Grow some plants
13. Be more spontaneous
14. Go to more concerts
16. Procrastinate less
17. Try to learn something new every day
18. And last but certainly not least, treat yo self
