Graduation. What we all work towards. Despite slaving away for four or more years when it comes sometimes it can be more scary than exciting. While graduation brings a whole slew of new and exciting adventures it also brings an end to the normalcy that we have built. Times of change in our lives are always challenging no matter how rewarding they turn out to be. Sometimes all we need to get through these changes is a little bit of encouragement and something to fall back on. For many of us that can be our faith. Here is a list of Bible verses for graduating seniors to help give them a sense of peace as they are going through a big change in their lives.
1. Deuteronomy 31:8
"The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
2. Jeremiah 29:11-13
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
3. 1 Timothy 4:12
"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.”
4. Joshua 1:9
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. "

So graduating seniors remember to take a deep breath and trust in God's plan. Graduation is for the best and change is good! Now go out into the world and kill it!
