When the professor says “tell the class an interesting fact about yourself,” how many answers are actually interesting? It’s the first impression, so make sure to give the class something to remember.

Here is my list of weird facts about myself that I hope will give you some inspiration!

1. I have one white eyelash that always grows super long. When it falls out, it will grow back again and has for as long as I can remember.

2. I hate when people walk at the same strides as me and will speed up or slow down to throw off the match.

3. I’ve eaten had Denny’s.

4. I have a jewelry startup called Rimm Bracelets, check it out here. #selfpromotion

5. When I go on dates, I ask my date a list of questions that you can read here (but usually pull the questions from my memory)

6. I worked to create marijuana vapes in Shanghai.

7. I have a fish named Ben, short for Benzodiazepine; read about him here.

8. I survived on eggs and rice over the summer and lost 20 pounds.

9. I never speak Chinese. But, when I read license plates fast, I read the numbers in Chinese in my mind instinctively.

10. One butt cheek is more in shape than the other because of skateboarding.

11. My name means nature in Chinese.

12. I stopped breathing when I was 5 days old for some reason. I decided to continue breathing the moment the ambulance got there.

13. I’ve never watched Star Wars or Harry Potter or the Avengers movies.

14. When I sleep, my body temperature shoots up so high that people next to me start sweating.

15. The one constant in my personality is my love for Chipotle.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
