So many products, so little time. There's no better feeling than looking at a fresh eyeshadow palette. But if you're addicted to all things makeup, you know that being obsessed comes with it's own struggles and quirks.
1. You never have enough money to afford every product you want to try.
I realize I just spent $100 last week on the newest Urban Decay products, but it's a new week, right?
2. You could actually kill someone for telling you that you own too many products.
It's never enough!
3. It can take hours to achieve the perfect look for a night out.
It's an art. Mona Lisa wasn't painted in 30 minutes, and neither was my face.
4. And your boyfriend or date for the night will complain the entire time.
Shut up and let me work.
5. All of your friends want makeup advice and ask you to do their makeup.
6. And then you realize it's almost time to go and you haven't started yours yet.
Oops.
7. You know it's going to be a good day when your makeup is on point.
Today, I can conquer anythin
8. Trying to explain to people that no two shades of lipstick are the same.
9. Looking at other people's makeup and wishing you could wash it all off and do it for them.
Would that be inappropriate to ask?
10. You can spend hours watching tutorials on YouTube.
11. Bad hair days are irrelevant because you can fix it with a good makeup day.
Frizzy hair? That's OK. My eyebrows are on fleek.
12. When people tell you that you wear too much makeup, you want to scream.
13. You also want to scream when someone asks "who are you trying to impress?"
I'm impressing myself. You think any boy would understand the difference between my Naked 3 palette and a Forever 21 palette?
