Sometimes I am not the nicest person to myself. I can be my own biggest critic and I can convince myself that I am worth less than I actually am. I know deep down at times that that is not true but I often forget who I am while picking at my flaws. I should learn to be kinder to myself and I will start with these apologies.

3. I won’t let others help me in times of need
4. I don’t feel good about myself nearly half the time that I should
5. I don’t always allow myself to move on
6. I don’t let myself pursue my dreams as often as I would like to
7. I overcomplicate simple things
8. I trust too much at times
9. I let the blue days get to me
10. I don’t trust enough
11. I don’t take care of myself as well as I should
12. I don’t focus always on the things that need to be done
13. I blame myself for things that are not my fault
14. I lie to myself often
