As an English major, I run into these types of people every semester. At this point, I can pick out who is gonna be who, it's like a game of guess who on the first day of classes. If you've taken an English class in college, especially a higher level course, you'll be sure to run into these 13 people. Here's a list of the type of people you'll find in your English classes.

1. The teacher's pet

2. The one who always has their hand up

3. The one who always blurts out the answers

4. The one who rarely talks, but when they do they blow away the class with their answers

5. The one Biology major and you're not really sure why they're there

6. The one who always sits in the back with headphones in. The professor gave up on them after the first month of the semester

7. The one who finally realized that they're failing the course

8. The one who never participates but gets good grades on the assignments

9. The one who never passes in any assignments but always participates

10. The one who never reads, but tries to convince the professor otherwise

11. The one who always has their eyes glued to the clock

12. The one who is always late to class

13. The one who never shows up to class unless there's a test
