Ranging from appetizers such as mirchi bhaji to desserts like gulab jamun, these dishes symbolize the rich culture of India. Here are a few delicious, mouthwatering meals along with their recipes. Chicken 65 is a beautiful blend of chicken coated with spices, chili powder, garlic, onion and fried in oil.

2. Samosa

Samosa's are a classic favorite loved by people around the globe. Meticulously crafted to form a delicate pastry encased with fillings of many kinds of vegetables or meat.

3. Mirchi Bajji

This bajji is a common street dish found everywhere in India. Consists of a pepper carefully tossed in a batter and then fried for a crunchy, flavor-filled experience.

4. Pani Puri

Pani puri is a famous street snack sold by vendors all around India! Crunchy shell filled with soft chick peas or potato along with some onions and zesty chili water.

5. Dum Biryani

Dum biryani is beautiful rice delicately tossed in assortment of spices, chili powder and flavor blasting chicken. This famous Biryani is from the heart of Hyderabad.

6. Butter Chicken

12. Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun is a popular sweet served at many parties. It's made of soft, spongy balls and soaked in a sweet, honey-like syrup.

Rasmalai is a spongy circle-shaped cakes dipped in a saccharine, creamy liquid.
