Sometimes when life throws you a curve ball, it may create a whole new permanent or temporary normal in your life. That moment can trigger stress, anxiety and make you constantly wonder if you are alone. In fact those hard times simply have the potential to turn into lessons and motivation, making negativity into positivity in ones life. We have to experience the bad to appreciate the good that we were oblivious to in our life or the good moments we will experience. One thing that remains consistent in peoples lives, including mine, whether you are a believer or not is the presence of God and the faith you and I have or potentially could have in Him, He is always there for you and will be whenever you want to accept that. Personally, in rough times when I just need the strength to get through something I continue to pray to God and find these bible verses helpful when putting things in my life into perspective and helping others in a time of need.
