Have your friends told you to calm down? Has your family? Do you find yourself overthinking everything and maybe being over prepared? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you probably worry a lot. I'm one of those people, so you're not alone! Here are 12 signs you probably worry too much. Can you relate?

1. You make a Plan B and C when making initial plans

"What if something doesn't work out? We need a back up don't we?"

2. You always think of a worst case scenario

What could go wrong? How can it go wrong?

3. You cry a lot over minuscule things

It's okay to cry. Crying gets all of those pent up emotions out.

4. You over eat because you're so nervous

Food makes you feel better and eases the worry just a little.

5. Or you do the opposite and you forget to eat

"Did I eat dinner? Wait, I didn't eat lunch!"

6. You barely sleep and never feel well rested

2am...3am....4am....*Alarm goes off*

7. You have a hard time making your own decisions

You feel like you'll make the wrong one so you rely on getting second and third opinions.

8. You just can't seem to relax

Sitting down and watching TV only last so long because you have a million things running through your mind and you can't concentrate on what you're watching.

9. You get sick a lot

Your immune system becomes weakened when we stress often. Take care of your mind and not just your body.

10. You have a constant sense of guilt

"Maybe I shouldn't have done that" or "Maybe I shouldn't have said it that way".

11. You hear people tell you "Let it go" more and more

You just can't let things go. It's not that simple.

12. You tend to replay events or conversations in your head

This only makes things worse because you start to feel embarrassed or sad.

Look, it's okay to worry, but if it gets too much, talk to someone. People can help you! Whether it's professionally or just a family member, or friend, reach out to them! Worrying does more harm than good. Be in control of yourself and your mind!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
