12 Reasons Why "Supernatural" Is The Best Show

There is no denying that "Supernatural" is a great show. There is such love between the brothers that you can’t help and not grow attached to Dean and Sammy, and also end up picking a favorite by the end of the first couple of episodes. (Mine is Dean of course! You can't say you don't love those dreamy eyes.) There are so many funny, sad, and serious moments in the show, that there is pretty much no way you can end up hating it.

1. The Winchesters.

There is no denying that Sammy and Dean are probably some of the most attractive men that have roamed the earth. I mean how can you not love Moose, and his side kick Dean!

2. The meaning of family.

Family is a pretty big role in "Supernatural." I honestly think that it takes on a pretty big role when it comes to the show and the meaning of it. I mean the fact that Sam and Dean will do anything for each other just shows that. You don't go to Hell for your brother and not love him.

3. The music.

The music might be some of the best that you will hear while watching a show. Dean is very big into AC/DC and bands like that. When you're watching him jam out or him and Sammy singing along, you can't help but also love it!

4. 1967 Chevy Impala.

This is one of the sounds that I would know anywhere. It doesn't matter where I would be, I would know that sound as soon as I heard it. I think that is one of the most-known things about the show, and the fact that it's Dean's "baby."

5. The villains.

Most of the time you're supposed to hate the villains in the shows that you watch, but this isn't the case with "Supernatural." One of the best villains in the show is Crowley. He's super funny and you can't help but really love the character that he plays.

6. Sammy's hair.

I felt like this deserved its own section because you can't help but love Sammy's hair. I mean there are memes just about his hair, that's how famous his hair actually is! The thing that I love is as he's changing and growing older, they let him keep growing out his hair which I think goes well with his personality.

7. The creatures/monsters.

While some of the monsters/creatures in the show can be pretty scary, I honestly think that's one of the main reasons why I keep on watching the show. You want to keep on watching so you can see the next scary thing that Dean and Sammy are going to fight. And after one time of watching the show, you'll be able to figure out how to kill each monster.

8. Castiel.

He is the most B.A. angel in the show. He was a typical guy before he was sent to be a servant of the Lord, and now he's an angel. I think that I love Cas the most just because he's so bad at pretending to be a human. When you first meet him he's not that interesting and he's mean, but after a few seasons you really start to love him.

9. Mythology.

The mythology in the show is crazy accurate. There is so much that you will actually be able to learn that is real. They don't actually make up the stuff that you hear Sammy and Dean talking about like they do in most shows.

10. Fandom.

While the fandom might be super crazy at some points, I think that they also might just be the best out there. I mean they are crazy addicted to the show and totally devoted. I wish that I had that kind of devotion that they do to something, because they pretty much surround their lives with this show. While you might think that's weird and that they won't accept you because they are 11 seasons in now, you're wrong. They will welcome you in with open arms!

11. Humor.

There are honestly a lot of funny parts in this show, and there are times that I just die laughing. I mean there are some serious parts like I said, but it also has humor which is great. I don't think the show would have been as good if it didn't have the humor that it has.

So, keep on my wayward sons!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
