Rediscovering yourself is a process. It will take thinking, talking, writing, and doing. These are twelve questions that I ask myself daily to remind myself what I have, what I'm grateful for and what I need to work on. Think of the positive, not the negative. Remind yourself where you are now to get to where you want to be tomorrow. It's always important for me to think of my goals because it makes the process of whatever situation that I'm going through that much easier. All the hard times and difficulties that I am facing today will be worth it tomorrow.

1. What are my strengths?

2. What are my weaknesses and how do I improve them?

3. What are my short and long-term goals?

4. Who is my support?

5. What are my values and what do I believe in?

6. What makes me happy?

7. What if I wasn't afraid?

8. What is my proudest accomplishment?

9. What does my inner critic tell me?

10. What am I passionate about?

11. What do my dreams tell me?

12. What am I grateful for?
