It's the spookiest time of the year, and Halloweekend only happens once, Y'all! Two nights of costume-wearing and partygoing can exhaust you real quick, so the Monday after can be a little rough. Here are 11 thoughts that will surely cross all of our minds after this Halloweekend.

1. "What have I done?"

If your Monday morning contains a little regret, it's okay; it's Halloween!

2. "I still can't believe she had the same costume as me."

Because being a mouse is just so original; how dare she have the same idea!?!?

3. "Maybe we should stick to candy next year."

Candy doesn't usually leave you with a headache the next day.

4. "Speaking of candy, I wish I had some right now instead of feeling like this."

Mondays are worse enough without the hangover. Candy, please.

5. "I think I have frostbite from going out in that costume..."

You will regret not bringing a jacket, guaranteed.

6. "It's going to take me weeks to catch up on sleep."

But then next weekend will roll around and you'll forget about sleep once again.

7. "Let's go to Target and buy all the clearance candy."

Nothing cures a rough weekend better than a Target run. Except when that Target run includes clearance Halloween candy!

8. "Did I give that guy his jersey back?"

Jerseys aren't cheap. So when you're deciding last minute what costume to wear and your guy friend offers you a jersey with a name on the back you've never heard of, you make sure to give it back the next day.

9. "I don't even wanna check my bank account."

As a college student, our bank accounts are already withering away. Give us a fun weekend full of lots of opportunities to spend, and this can't be good.

10. "I can't believe girls are still dressing up as black cats."

It's 2017, people. Cat costumes just aren't as cute as they used to be.

11. "What happens on Halloweekend, stays there."

Except for the Snapchat stories you still had to wake up to in the morning.

Regardless of the regrets (if any), Halloweekend will be back next year. Will you be ready?

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
