1. Thank you for being my best friend at family get togethers.

Everyone needs their partner in crime to get through that day long family reunion.

2. Thank you for letting me be your role model.

I find comfort in the shadow that follows behind me in this walk of life.

3. Thank you for remembering all of our childhood jokes.

The ones that no one else would find funny. The ones that send a splash of nostalgia down my spine, and a pinch of warmth in my heart.

4. Thank you for the laughter we continue to create.

No one matches my weird humor quite as well as you do.

5. Thank you for coming to me for advice.

I am honored to give you my opinions. I'm even more honored when you actually listen to them...

6. Thank you for reminding me of a younger version of myself.

It's like looking in a mirror of the past.

7. Thank you for giving my old clothes a new home.

If the shoe fits.. but really. That looks better on you today than it did on me last year!

8. Thank you for filling me in on the family gossip.

Too much goes on to keep track by myself...

9. Thank you for "yes-ing" me to death when I try to act like your mom.

It's good practice for motherhood, am I right?

10. Thank you for the good vibes and fun times.

From spontaneous beach trips to strenuous hikes and random city trips. You're my go to gal for a great day out and a lively night on the town.

And lastly...

11. Thank you for being my best friend.

It wasn't a job offer you had to accept when coming out of the womb, but I'm so glad you did. We may be cousins by blood but are best friends by pure choice. I love you like a sister.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
