Life can be overwhelming and you may feel like you want to give up. Here are a few reasons that today is not the day to give up.

1. Nothing good is easy.

If it were easy, everybody would do it and you would not want to give up.

2. Good things take time.

It takes time to earn things and truly work for what you want.

3. Past failures do not define your future.

Past errors are not a prediction of the future. Try and try again.

4. It gets better.

It may seem impossible now, but you will figure it out.

5. It is worth it.

You may not see it now, but this will pay off.

6. Don't regret giving up.

You do not want to wonder what if.

7. There's a reason you wanted to try.

You are here for a reason. Something in you wants you to do this.

8. Believe in yourself.

Proving this to yourself is important.

9. You are strong.

You are capable of getting through this and achieving your goals.

10. It could be worse.

There is always a worse scenario.

11. Lead by example.

If you show others, they will be inspired.

Keep trying your best. Giving up is not the solution.
