1. Roommates

Doesn't matter if you love them or hate them, they're always going to be there. Literally every single day.

2. The Party Friend

If you're going to go out, you know that they'll always be down.

3. The Friend That Stays In

If you want to watch a movie or eat pizza rolls with someone at 2am they'll totally be down. Unfortunately for this friend though, you also know that if you need a ride home, they're only a phone call away.

4. The Lunch Friends

This person usually falls into at least one other category but they're also the one who's break in the day is the same as yours so you sit together and stuff your face while complaining about life.

5. The Gym Rat

They're usually busy if you want to do almost anything else but if you want to work out, they'll join.

6. The One Overloaded With Work

Need someone to go to the library with you? They'll be there.

7. The Familiar Face

You probably don't actually know this person, but you see them everywhere. It might be online or on campus so you know each other, but you don't. Which means your friends but you're not.

8. The One You sit Next To In Class

One the first day of class you decided who this person would be. You talk and complain to each other every single day and you might not even know their name.

9. The Group Chat

I mean, someone has to know what you're doing every second of every day. Plus, if you need someone to go out and do something with, you could always just ask the group.

10. Sport/Club/Panhellenic Friends

You could be best friends with some and you could not ever talk to some but you're with each other all the time so you got to spread the love to all of them.

11. Your Fam

These are the best people you can have at school. You never feel like a bother to them, they know you inside and out. You have dinners, you go out, you watch movies, you do everything. They're your shoulder to cry on, your motivation, your family. They make it a home away from home, and now you're all kinda stuck with each other for life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
