As a collaboration of two Wake Forest graduates, this account hits close to home. Put_a_fork_in_it posts mouthwatering photos of unique meal ideas such as ricotta toast with truffle and honey, crispy deep fried deviled eggs, and spicy braised lamb tacos. Next time you need some meal inspiration, check out their Insta to try and recreate their posts in your own kitchen.

A dietetic intern based in Boston, Cait posts simple, healthy meals that are super easy to recreate in your own kitchen. From breakfast oats to rice bowls, soups to salads, Cait always includes the ingredients used to make her beautiful guilt-free creations. A personal fave is her whole wheat triple berry muffin crumbled over plain Greek yogurt topped with sliced strawberries. A Monday morning doesn’t get much better than that!

Run by a Wake Forest freshman and her friends from home, NomCityBetch is full of colorful and bright photos that are sure to make your stomach grumble. Even better, each post is accompanied by a “punny” caption (get it...each caption is a pun!).

We’ve all heard of the dreaded Freshmen 15, and this Instagram shines a light on the sources of the “problem” at different schools. Whether it’s the fried mac n cheese from University of Southern California or the chocolate lava cake from UPenn, just looking at these greasy and delicious foods is sure to make your pants feel a little tighter, no matter how old you are.
