3. Put_a_fork_in_it
As a collaboration of two Wake Forest graduates, this account hits close to home. Put_a_fork_in_it posts mouthwatering photos of unique meal ideas such as ricotta toast with truffle and honey, crispy deep fried deviled eggs, and spicy braised lamb tacos. Next time you need some meal inspiration, check out their Insta to try and recreate their posts in your own kitchen.
4. Eggsgge
Calling all egg lovers— this is the Instagram for you! With eggs featured in every post, their instas will help you take Sunday brunch to a whole new level. Never again will you be stuck in a scrambled eggs and toast rut. Next time creativity hits, scroll through their feed for all things egg. Maybe try out their fried egg, avocado, and croissant sandwich or go even farther and bake an egg into a homemade pizza.
5.Foodtypography
For foodies who also have an artsy side, Foodtypography is right up your alley. Each photograph is carefully designed to spell out words or phrases using different foods, candies, or spices. If mindlessly scrolling through their aesthetically pleasing feed isn’t enough, they also offer their pictures as downloadable desktop and iPhone wallpapers.
6. DineLA
Although based on the other side of the country, I can’t help but make a list of all the featured restaurants for whenever I make it out to LA. The gravy fries covered in shaved parmesan are enough to have me packing my bags and moving out west. DineLA shares the perfect combination of hearty meals and decadent desserts that will undoubtedly make you head straight to the fridge.
7. Caitsplate
A dietetic intern based in Boston, Cait posts simple, healthy meals that are super easy to recreate in your own kitchen. From breakfast oats to rice bowls, soups to salads, Cait always includes the ingredients used to make her beautiful guilt-free creations. A personal fave is her whole wheat triple berry muffin crumbled over plain Greek yogurt topped with sliced strawberries. A Monday morning doesn’t get much better than that!
8. Nomcitybetch
Run by a Wake Forest freshman and her friends from home, NomCityBetch is full of colorful and bright photos that are sure to make your stomach grumble. Even better, each post is accompanied by a “punny” caption (get it...each caption is a pun!).
9. Freshmen15
We’ve all heard of the dreaded Freshmen 15, and this Instagram shines a light on the sources of the “problem” at different schools. Whether it’s the fried mac n cheese from University of Southern California or the chocolate lava cake from UPenn, just looking at these greasy and delicious foods is sure to make your pants feel a little tighter, no matter how old you are.
10. Cake_cookies_chocolate
This one is for those with a serious sweet tooth. All things drizzled, covered, or dipped in chocolate, their pictures and videos are so sweet they’ll make your teeth hurt. Make sure to have some chocolate nearby to satisfy the cravings that result from drooling over this feed.

As a Boston native, this one’s a shameless plug for my beloved hometown. Boston will forever and always have my heart, and this account is my go to when I want to try out new places in town.
