On January 1st, people all over the world pledge to eat healthier and go to the gym more. They throw themselves into fitness regimens and diet plans that last a matter of weeks. Some people do make an effort to change their habits, but it's hard to do. A healthier lifestyle is a noble goal, but here are a few other worthwhile resolutions that have nothing to do with changing the way you look.
1. Save more money than you spend.

4. Get involved with causes that do good and make you feel good.
