It's summer and we know what that means, time to perfect that summer beach bod. We all say it, and only some of us pursue it. Surprisingly, I've been keeping up well with trying to work for that summer beach bod and I've tried a bunch of new workouts. While going to the gym and being suffocated in there on a treadmill isn't ideal for me, some of these workouts will truly make you want to go workout after a long day at work. Here are a couple of workouts you can master this summer.
1. Soul Cycle. No its not just spinning, try it, you won't regret it.
2. Barre. Every barre class you take is going to be different, it took me 3 different ones to figure out the one I loved but it will definitely leave you toned.
3. Run Outside. Im personally not a fan but on a nice day motivate yourself to go running outside even if that means you run to dunkin to get an iced coffee.
4. Hiking. The view during the summer is unbelievable so go on a short hike.
5. Swimming. Even if you swim a couple laps in between your tanning sessions.
6. Run or walk on the beach. Who knows maybe you'll spot a cute boy while you're at it.
7. Often times my mom will tell me we can go get ice-cream if we walk there.
8. HIT class. You will probably die but you need to try this work out at some point.
9. Play a sport. Go out and play tennis or football or whatever sport you're good at.
10. If none of the other 9 workouts I gave you interest you, make yourself go to the gym at least a couple times a week for some cardio.
