If you’ve ever seen "30 Rock," then you know (and hopefully love) Elizabeth Lemon. Head writer of "TGS with Tracy Jordan" and lover of all food, Liz is probably the most relatable character on the show, but Tina Fey did a great job of creating some of the most relatable characters in quite some time. Odds are you’ve probably related to at least one of the characters once or twice, here are their 10 most relatable moments (Mild spoilers below).
1. That time Liz had Night Cheese
When I saw Liz sitting, alone in her apartment, wearing a snuggie, eating cheese and singing about it, I just thought “same girl, same,” and I know I’m not the only one.
2. When Kenneth tried to be normal
Kenneth is easily the most enthusiastic human to ever exist, but he may have been a little socially awkward. When Hazel invited Tracy over for dinner, Kenneth was all of us trying to start up a conversation.
3. When Liz tried to comfort Carol
After telling Liz that he didn’t know where their relationship was going, Carol broke down in tears on Liz’s couch. She reacted in a perfectly relatable way.
4. That time Jack tried to comfort Liz
Apparently nobody over at NBC knows how to comfort anyone else? Liz was great at comforting Carol and here, it seems, Jack is doing a great job at comforting Liz. But let’s be real, we’ve all had times where it seems like Jack had the right idea.
5. The time Tracy summed up how you can feel at work/school/life in general
Tracy may be a ridiculous human being, but he definitely nails how pretty much every college student feels at least sometimes, if not most of the time
6. When Liz perfectly summed up what it’s like being an introvert
Being an introvert myself, this is the most accurate thing, and all my other introverts know it.
7. The time Jenna pretty much summed up what finals week feels like
I know Jenna wasn't talking about finals week, but in the midst of all my final exams and papers, my life definitely feels like thunder
8. When Liz couldn't find her mac and cheese
If you've ever been hangry, you can probably relate to the time Liz really wanted her mac and cheese. She's just doing the thing all of us wish we could do when we want food this bad.
9. When Tracy gave some great advice
I'm not even 100 percent sure I know what he means, but this is your new life motto.
10. And lastly, when Liz asked the question every single adult has asked at least once
You know you've asked yourself that at least once since leaving high school.
