College is a big change and being away from all your family and friends can make it even more stressful. The people that you live with at school can make or break your experience.

We have all heard the roommate horror stories and plenty of us have lived through a few but if you're lucky enough to find a roommate you click with then you definitely have a lot to be thankful for.

1. For always being down to get wine drunk with me any day of the week.

2. For scheduling time every week to watch our show together and not watching ahead.

3. For not judging my out-of-whack sleeping habits.

4. For basically being my therapist and letting me vent to you on the daily.

5. For always knowing when to give me some space.

6. For letting me borrow just about everything you own.

7. For being equally as passive aggressive and non-confrontational as me

8. For always being ready to have a dance party to anything from Slim Shady to Aaron's Party.

9. For not being crazy, because as we all know, it happens.

10. For not getting mad at me for some of my messy habits.

11. For always letting me in when I knock on your door even though I know I'm annoying you.

12. For helping me cook because otherwise I'd most likely starve or burn the place down.

13. For always boosting up my confidence and supporting everything I do, even the crazy things.

14. For being my mom away from home and letting me know when I need to pull it together.

15. For, of course, being my bestie.

Good roommates are hard to come by, so if you find one you better hang on to them. Shout out to all the great roomies out there, just keep doing what you're doing. I think we're giving Monica and Rachel a pretty good run for their money.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
