Maybe it's our education system, or maybe it's just me, either way I know I've been missing out on quite a bit of vital info these past few years. I read all these articles about 'things you need to know how to do by age 20', and I think I have maybe half of them down...so here's to not living up to society's standards!
1. Properly fill out my tax forms (w/out googling)
W-whats?
2. Live alone
I had to live alone briefly this year and couldn't even watch criminal minds because it left me too spooked.
3. Manage my time
Honestly, not sure if I'll ever do this correctly, no matter how cute my planner is.
4. Limit myself to only one glass of wine
I haven't quite gotten the concept yet.
5. Keep a plant alive for an extended amount of time
It's just not in the stars for me.
6. Force myself to partake in early morning workouts (routinely)
I honestly don't understand how some people work this into their routine. Mornings are for coffee and coffee only.
7. Fully commit to someone
I'm just not girlfriend material quite yet.
8. Stick to a diet
I'm torn between the need to be healthier and the idea of all bodies being beautiful; where's my happy medium?!
9. How to accept close friends disappearing for good
I'm well aware this happens as time goes on, but it doesn't take the sting away.
10. How to not procrastinate
I've perfected it though, no turning back now.
Maybe all these things will only get better with age?
