So, it's that time of the year once again. You're tired, no make that exhausted and can't seem to catch a break. There's no time for napping because it's finals week and if you're anything like me, you waited to the last very moment to study. You dread the all nighter, or all nighters, you're going to have to pull to make sure you get it all done. While nothing can ever really lessen the blow of finals week, I've found that a nice cup of tea always gives me a least a few moments of bliss. Here's a list of the ten teas I drink depending on my mood during the most dreaded week of our college careers.

1. Peppermint Tea

Staying up all night tends to make me nauseous. Drinking peppermint tea can help reduce this feeling and also soothe mild cold symptoms, so you can power through the week.

2. Black Tea

Black tea is my go to drink. With all the pollen in Gainesville, I sometimes have trouble with my asthma. This tea helps reduce wheezing and trouble breathing.

3. Chai Tea

The best protector against the common cold, which I always tend to get during the busiest time of the year. Settle down with a nice cup of chai tea when you're feeling sick.

4. Lemon Ginger Tea

Another great tea that helps with nausea. This is perfect for when your stomach isn't feeling too well from all the fast food you ate while studying.

5. Orange Peel Tea

The ultimate vitamin C and immune system booster. It's also super easy to make with left over orange peels.

6. Echinacea Tea

Echinacea tea is said to reduce spots of inflammation in the joints and can also ward off the common cold. Great for when your hands cramps from all that research paper writing!

7. Rose Tea

A cup of rose tea has a very interesting taste, but it's perfect detoxing your body after a long week.

8. Green Tea

Need to cram for a huge test? Waited till last minute to study? Drink some green tea, which improves memory so you can absorb all that final exam material.

9. Lavender Tea

Finals week can be, obviously, very stressful. With all this stress, we're at risk for developing ulcers. Lavender tea can soothe our overworked minds while healing ulcers, and preventing new ones.

10. Chamomile Tea

The perfect cup of tea to relax you before the final, or to help you sleep when the week is all over.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
