There is no such thing as being too prepared! Do you ever get told by others to "chill out?" Do people say that you need to stop planning so far ahead? What does the world "chill-out" even mean? In the head of a planned person, there is no time for slowing down! Go-mode is your only mode and it does not slow down ever!

You are not alone when it comes to being so far prepared that you know what you will be doing this time next year! You pride yourself on your mad organization skills and planning capabilities! You are most likely a rare form, but you do not care!

Take a little break, not that you even know how and enjoy a list of things that the ultimately planned person knows to be true! Go ahead and set aside your Lily Pulitzer planner for only a moment, and enjoy this article!

1. You write EVERYTHING in your planner.

When syllabus day comes around, you write down every time there will be a test, paper due, or quiz! You have "coffee date", "doctors appt", "mani/pedi" all written down.

2. You are early to EVERYTHING!

You arrive early to work, class, meetings, you name it you are already there and sometimes even 30 mins or more in advance!

3. You get all your assignments due far in advance.

Your paper is due April 10th, but you have had it done since February 1st.

4. You stick to a daily routine.

You wake up at a certain time and have your day planned by the hour.

5. You bring snacks and water with you everywhere you go.

Who knows when you might need a quick pick me up, right?

6. Your life would not be the same without post-its!

You have post-it notes on your wall, in your car, and well everywhere!

7. The word procrastinate has never been in your vocabulary.

You do not know how to wait until the night before to do an assignment.

8. You call and confirm your appointments.

You call to just double check they have you down for that appointment because of course, you have it written down.

9. If you are going to a new place, you drive to it before you actually have to go to it.

You are prepared for new places, so you want to know where you are going!

10. You have a specific day for your errands.

On Wednesday's we go to the grocery store.

So, here's to you, yes you, the person with the post-it notes, Lily Planner, and alarms on their phone! Keep on being early and prepared!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
