There's nothing like coming back from an 8am class and seeing your warm bed waiting for you. Or really coming back from anything and seeing a warm bed waiting for you.
2. Naps do not judge how you look.
Sometimes your day has been pretty rough. Your hair might be messy, your makeup may have smudged, but a nap will never tell you. Your roommate might after you wake up, but a nap will just shrug and be like "same."
3. Naps have zero problems with cuddles.
Imagine if there was someone who was always always always willing to cuddle. That is essentially a nap. Sometimes boyfriends just don't want to cuddle. When this is the case, a nice nap will suffice.
4. Naps never want you to go.
Honestly, what girl doesn't want a good ole' hour long nap? Everyone does, but sometimes this doesn't work out. Waking up will always stink, but at least you had the nap at all.

Headache? Nap. Have a cold? Nap. There are so many things that a few extra minutes of sleep can do for your body. If you are feeling off, give your body a break. Take a nap.

Say you just had the worst morning ever, a nap will not ask you why you are in a bad mood. It will not ask how the class went or how the meeting went. It just understands and is ready to be exactly what you need.

As a college student, I can testify that there is nothing more satisfying than taking 30 minutes to not think about anything, but to just nap. It makes me forget all my worries.

When you wake up from a nap, often you feel better and have more energy. This will motivate you to get all kinds of things done.

By heading off sleepiness, you will be more alert. Especially if you didn't get enough sleep the night before, a quick snooze will be the perfect fix.

Forget whatever your younger self told you, naps are everything. While you don't need a nap everyday, it is okay to need one now and then. Embrace the nap!
