If we can agree on one thing, it's that dogs are the best. My personal favorite kind of dog is a Golden Retriever. Between their golden fur and wagging tail, my heart just can't take it all. Here is some reasons my heart melts for Golden Retrievers.

1. Their tail

Don't try to tell me that seeing a puppy wagging its little tail because it is SO excited to see you doesn't instantly make you feel 150% better.

2. The ears

Maybe it's just me, but I love it when a pup shakes it's head or runs and their ears go all kinds of directions.

3. They are so good with families

I believe all dogs are good with families, but there is just something about the way a Golden Retriever - these dogs are on a whole other level!

4. Their patience

Much like people, some dogs have limited patience levels. But, Goldens have more patience than you could ever imagine.

5. They are playful, even as they aren't puppies

Okay, so all dogs are playful, but I just feel like these dogs are the best.

6. They are just so loveable

You can't tell me that when you look and this dog, you don't want to pick it up and take it home with you (I've been tempted many, many times but I control myself).

7. They aren't the brightest pups

I know I shouldn't call any dog stupid but just look at this. It can't handle the fact that a cracker is on its nose and then he missed his mouth.

8. They are so good with their puppies

Again, I know all dogs are but this is about Golden Retrievers, not all dogs. But just look at the big pup looking at the little pup, she is so proud of her child.

9. Their long fluff (or fur)

Just look at the way the fur moves when he catches the treat in slo-mo.

10. Golden Retrievers are just too pure for this world
