If you've shopped Thred Up, you know what I'm talking about! If you've never heard of it...allow me to introduce you to your new best friend.

Thred Up is the best thing to hit women's closets everywhere. They have everything from Old Navy, to Kate Spade, to Jimmy Choo...on consignment for a fraction of the cost. Being a non-traditional college student means I work a full-time job at a bank by day, where business casual is required, and Olivia Pope-style business dressy is my favorite. But working at a bank doesn't mean I bring home bank...so dressing the part comes with a tight budget attached.

In the last year or so, Thred Up has taken over my wardrobe. Here are 10 reasons why:

1. Because this $298 Joie Wool Pullover Sweater is perfectly oversized for skinny jeans and boots, or leggings and cozy socks...for $30.99.

2. Because it's scarf season, and Thred Up has lots of warm and cozy options for $4.99.

3. Speaking of warm and cozy, I snagged this Calvin Klein wool coat...for $37.99.

4. Because no one does cardigans like J. Crew, and for $96.00 off retail at $13.99?? I'll take it!

5. Because Kate Spade is pure addiction. How about Kate Spade for $63.99?

6. Boots!! Every shape, size and style...they have them! Left to right: Covington, $30.99; Ann Taylor, $60.99; Fergalicious, $16.99; Antonio Melani, $19.99.

7. Because little red dresses are perfect for the holidays, and this little cutie patootie is only $21.99.

8. Where are my Sex and the City fans?? If you're looking for a splurge for all of that Christmas cash...these Manolo Blahnik's would make Carrie Bradshaw swoon, down from $995, to $229.99!

9. How about designer jeans for $38.99? These 7 For All Mankind jeans retail at $189.00.

10. Because they even have jewelry, like these charming bracelets for $7.99.

The best part...their site and their app are both user friendly. You can save your sizes and favorite brands, and just slide a button to narrow your search results by these categories. You can "favorite" anything you love and it will save your favorites to a list for you to come back to any time. It lets you know when something you love is in someone else's shopping cart, and how many other people have favorited it...in case you're one of those competitive "this is all mine" shoppers!

Even more great features - if you sign up for touch notifications, your shipping is free for every order. If you don't like something, you have 14 days to return, with free return shipping if you opt for store credit instead of a cash refund...and believe me, you will use that store credit! There are always a ton of new items listed regularly, so you will never run out of fabulous fashion finds.

Happy shopping!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
