Cutting ties with someone is tough, especially if you were blindsided and are having a hard time letting go. For those of us that did not get our happy endings (or even decent ones), this article is for you. Here are 10 petty things that we have all done (or will do) at some point in our lives because of a boy that we never wanted to forget.

1. Show up at his favorite bar/restaurant/club with a new guy.

Oh, hey! I didn't see you there. Do you come here often?

2. "Accidentally" send him a bomb selfie you claim was for someone else.

Except we all know it wasn't an accident.

3. Check his Snapchat score.

Up 200 in 3 hours and I'm still left unopened? Bruh.

4. Stalk his new girl on social media.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn: You name it, we've checked it!

5. Secretly hope you run into him and his new girl together.

Yeah, maybe they're cute together; but damn it, we would've been cuter and everyone knows it.

6. Peep his Tinder profile.

There's no shame in checking to see if he has updated his photos or changed his bio, especially since you'll be doing the same and getting more matches.

7. Dress way too ~extra~ when you know you'll see him.

It never hurts to remind him what he lost, you know?

8. Obsessively check his location on Snap Map/Find My Friends

*Cue freak out whenever he leaves his house.*

9. Change his name in your contacts.

Because you're petty af and that's okay. He probably deserves it.

10. Complain about (and apologize for) your pettiness.

Shout out to all the best friends out there that put up with us during these trying times!

Now go get yourself a better boy! Jake/Dave/Cameron, who? Am I right?

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
