Halloween costume's are nothing short of surprising, especially this year. We all know there are two types of girls, the one's that use halloween as an excuse to wear next to nothing or dress up completely ridiculous to get the most laughs. Here's a list of the top 10 worst and over-used costumed girls dressed up as this year (we all know we are guilty of at least one of them). Power to the girls who were creative and had some great costumes this year. If you're costume is on this list, hey, sometimes in a last minute crunch you just have to be basic.

1. A Mermaid

We get it, you wanted to put glitter on your face and get away with wear a bathing suit top at night.

2. A Hooters Girl

I counted 25 Hooters girl outfits this year. 25.

3. A Vampire

Put in some fake contacts and throw some fake blood all over your body and you called it a day.

4. Army Chick

A sir yes sir and some short shorts and you're good to go.

5. Alien

A cute excuse to wear glitter, but it's time to get rid of the Miley buns.

6. Devil

Dressing up as a devil has just been another excuse to channel your "bad" alter ego.

7. Angel

The nicer, but still over-done version of the devil.

8. Dead Girl

A poor excuse to wear next-to-nothing and pour fake blood on you. Be a little more creative, please.

9. School Girl

this one is self explanatory.

10. A Cat

Meow one too many times.
