School is out, well at least for now, so now it’s time to relax in the sun and binge watch your favorite shows. Summer time also brings the best movies out in theaters if we are being real here and this summer is no exception. This summer, we are going to relive our childhood and get lost in a wide array of films that make us love movies even more or just make us groan at Hollywood to stop making sequels of movies. So buckle up and let’s start the show!

1. “Me Before You”

Hell, I’m going to talk about this movie until the end of my life. I loved this book! I’m so happy they decided to make a movie out of it and the trailers make it look absolutely perfect. Seriously. Go see this movie with your besties, boo thang or just plain alone. Regardless, you have to see this movie. Prepare to cry, though.

2. “Alice Through The Looking Glass”

Disney takes another dive into Lewis Carroll’s magical world with “Alice Through the Looking Glass.” All of our beloved favorites make their return including the creepy but cool Madhatter played by Johnny Depp. Alice makes her return to theaters on May 27, 2016.

3. ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows”

Another one and it will probably feature more Michael Bay giant explosions and crazy cinematography but you go and watch it because it’s the Ninja Turtles. #onemorefilmthough

4. “Warcraft”

Yeah, this seems like the “I really don’t know much about this but I’m just going to put this in the article because it might be big or it might suck” type of movie.

5. “Finding Dory”

Finally. The year, that we revisit our beloved Dory from “Finding Nemo.” Let me just say, I cannot wait for this to be released. Parents, prepare yourselves though. This movie is going to be played on the TV constantly when it comes out on DVD, just FYI. Prepare yourself.

6. “Independence Day: Resurgence”

Well, we knew this day would come and it’s finally here: “Independence Day 2.” Queue up the inspiring Fourth of July speeches and hilarious Jeff Goldblum jokes because that’s basically what “Independence Day 2” is going to be about. Oh and of course, the occasionally lurking at Liam Hemsworth. It might be bad or it might be tolerable.

7. “The Legend of Tarzan”

I have a feeling that this is going to be a good one and it’s not because it primarily features a shirtless Alexander Skarsgard. But dayummm, son. It’s directed by David Yates; *cough* hello Harry Potter films. This is one that is a must see.

8. “ Central Intelligence”

Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson star in what will be the comedy of the summer. These two are a perfect match and this film will have you laughing the whole way through it.

9. “Secret Life of Pets”

From the moment I saw this trailer, I knew that this was going to be a comedic hit this summer. With an all-star cast, “Secret Life of Pets” is going to one that’s going to be an absolute joy to watch.

10. X-Men: Apocalypse

It looks awesome but it got some pretty mixed reviews. Sad face.

Happy movie watching this summer!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
