Show your school pride! Rock a stylish outfit featuring your school's colors.

June 8: World Oceans Day

Why not use this as an excuse to go snorkeling, surfing, or kayaking? Get out there and enjoy our beautiful oceans.!

June 16: National Flip-Flops Day

Embrace summer's #1 fashion trend. In addition, wear them to your local Tropical Smoothie Cafe and get a free smoothie!

June 18: Father’s Day

The most notable holiday in June. Enjoy some quality time with your Dad, Grandfather, Uncle, or Brother!

Even if you don't work in a pet-friendly office, check to see if they'll observe the holiday. You might be surprised! If they don't make sure to give a little extra love to your furry friend that day.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
