In honor of my 19th birthday (June 13th), I decided to give an listicle on life lessons that everyone needs to know regardless of age. These lessons are lessons that I have learned throughout my 19 years and I want to share with the world.

1. People are going to judge you, no matter what you do.

Eat that donut, buy that dress, and ask that boy out on a date. You are going to be judge regardless of what you do, so live the WAY YOU WANT TO.

2. If you are a Christian let God take control.

If you not a Christian then let your divinity (God that you believe in) take control, they know what is right and they will not let you down. Just be patient and let them take control

3. Just breathe!

Things may be tough sometimes and you are panicking like no tomorrow, but take a step back and breathe. Breathing will allow you to re-evaluate what is going on and it is beneficial to the body

4. Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone.

Your comfort zone is not your friend, it can hold you back from enjoying life.

5. Enjoy life.

Life is too short, so enjoy it anyway you can without getting arrested.

6. Don't overwhelm yourself

This will lead to mental health issues that you may not recover from, your sanity and mental health is more important.

7. Voice your opinion

Even in voting your opinion matters, don't be afraid to voice it because you never know who will listen and the impact you can have on them.

8. Make memories with the people you love.

Memories mean more than anything, because things may be lost, but memories are forever

Sometimes change in style can lead to a change in attitude, and most changes are met with a positive reaction that leads to confidence.

Hobbies can help you learn things such as planning and patience. In addition, you can learn something new

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
