Growing up, the only thing I really knew about Donald Trump was that he had a wretched comb-over and that his claim to fame was firing people. As I have matured and expanded my horizons I have learned a bit more about Mr.Trump. However, I have noticed that he has fallen behind on his terminations. He has overlooked one thing that aside from his words and beliefs may be ruining his bid for Republican presidential candidate--his twitter account. I am not a political tycoon and I don't really know my place in the political realm, but, what I do know is that Donald Trump is not someone I want at the head of America's government. As if his words and absurd accusations weren't enough to lose my vote his Twitter definitely is.
Trump seems to know everything that is wrong with our government and politicians as illustrated above. He can't seem to think there is no one but himself who can pull America out of the gutter and make it a strong nation once again.
However, Trump should take into consideration that you cannot fix a nation simply by pointing out all of its flaws. You must have some idea on how to actually fix all of the problems...something he seems to be lacking. I agree that there is a lot that could use improvement within America, however, it would be nice if a prospective head of government would share his likely radical ideas on how he intends to fix these issues.
Additionally, his old fashioned mudslinging should stop. It's immature and makes him look like an eighth grader calling a classmate a name. He bashes everyone, democrat and republican alike.
If you disagree with someone's politics it doesn't make them an idiot and his lack of respect for his fellow candidates, other politicians, and his current president is simply appalling. You do not need to like everyone or their ideas, but generally respect is a good call. If you cannot give anyone else any respect, how do you expect to receive any from anyone else?
Mr. Trump, your television shows and Twitter are indeed quite entertaining. But with your lack of respect and pointless rants, I would very much prefer you just leave your mark on the digital world, not national politics.
